The brethren of the New Bulawayo Sub-Group Church in Zimbabwe’s second largest city, Bulawayo, were graced with a special visit from the Zonal Pastor CE Southern Africa Zone 5, Pastor Ruth Musarurwa, who is prioritizing a nationwide exercise emphasizing the retention of souls won as a result of the Worship and Communion Service with Pastor Chris.
Pastor Ruth taught the congregation in Bulawayo and thousands more connected from churches across the zone with great grace and authority from 1 Corinthians 15:45 and 47. "The first Adam cursed us, [but] the second Adam blessed us. The first Adam took us out, [but] the second Adam brought us in. The first Adam hurt us, [but] the second Adam healed us. The first Adam put us down, [but] the second Adam lifted us up. The second Adam reversed the curse," she explained.
She went on to further decode the estate of the new Man in Christ as impervious to any attempts to invoke a curse, as she read from Numbers 13, which foreshadowed the supreme blessedness into which every believer, but particularly the newly won souls, have been brought by the second Adam, Jesus Christ our Lord.
After the service, Pastor Ruth expressed gratitude to the saints for their sterling work and labour of love and 109 of the brethren were baptized. More grace has been made available for an even greater blaze of expansion of the kingdom in Bulawayo.
